Who are we?

Sorrel

Director, CGMA ACIM

I am Sorrel, a Chartered Management Accountant and an Associate Chartered Marketer, specialising in strategy, systems, and business processes.


I love working out what drives business growth and coming up with plans to build profitability, stimulate growth, address challenges, and navigate the complexities of running a business in 2024.


My professional journey is diverse, and includes experience in blue-chip companies, a stint in Belgium with a manufacturing firm and the establishment of a multi-award-winning healthcare business 17 years ago, which continues to thrive.

My career also includes acquisitions, exits, volunteer business mentorship, founding and selling an e-commerce business to fill a market gap, and substantial residential and commercial property experience.

Throughout my career, I have consistently relied upon my management accounting expertise, focusing on financial planning and analysis, cashflow management and using business metrics to drive profitability and improve decision-making.


By adding marketing into my skill set, I have a deeper understanding of business drivers, allowing for more realistic planning. This allows the development of marketing plans that are strategically aligned and measurable - not relying on what the latest influencer trend is!


I have strong systems and automation skills. Integrated systems that facilitate seamless data flow are my specialty, and, unsurprisingly, I am a big fan of Excel.


Collaboration is a vital tool in my approach and I have a network of freelancers who are brilliant and add extra skills. Having worked with them for years, I trust them to provide exceptional solutions for you.
